Aerials where they help
A drone earns its place on waterfront, acreage, and anything where the lot is the story. It is a gimmick on a townhouse. We will tell you which one you have.
Builders and developers, not only agents
An agent needs one property photographed beautifully before Friday. A builder needs the same crew back every few weeks, documenting a build from slab to handover, ending up with a library of work to show the next client.
Those are different jobs. The second one is a retainer, and it tends to cost less per property than booking shoots one at a time. If you are putting up more than a house or two a year, ask about it.
Fast, because listings are time-sensitive
Short-form and photographs come back inside 72 hours. A listing is perishable in a way a brand film is not, and we schedule it that way.
Tell us the day it goes live and we will work backwards from that, rather than handing you photographs the week after the open house.

Questions we get asked
How quickly can you shoot a listing?
Usually within a few days of you calling, and the photographs and short-form come back inside 72 hours of the shoot. Tell us when it goes live and we will work back from that.
Do you do drone footage?
We fly a DJI Mini 4 Pro. It is worth it on waterfront, acreage and anything where the land is the selling point, and honestly not worth it on a townhouse in a row of townhouses.
Can I use the photographs on the MLS?
Yes. Everything comes to you at full resolution and it is yours — MLS, your own site, social, print.
Do you work with agents on more than one listing?
Often. If you are listing regularly it usually makes more sense as a monthly retainer than as one-off bookings, and it works out cheaper per property.
